With a bit of "finesse", we've got the downloads/archives area fixed and 
remounted read&write.  The disk array is currently rebuilding, so that 
will cause some grind.  But that should not prevent you from uploading 
files.

FWIW, there is/was no data loss in the downloads area.

Matt informs me that signing from Hudson (and everywhere else) should 
now be fixed.  After a quick reboot of the dev servers (we're doing that 
now), we should be in relatively good shape.

If you still see issues, please file a bug (after searching for a dupe!)
