In fact it does, but I have set the Buckminster rmap so that it searches for org.eclipse.emf.cdo.* from the CDO update site, but other plug-ins not in the CDO packages from Orbit.
Because I assumed the Orbit plug-ins referenced by all projects would be present in the Orbit update site.
That seems to be the case for all plug-ins at the moment, apart from this "com.mongodb".
In fact the MongoDB driver is the only plugin with a non-CDO and non_Net4j namespace that we distribute. It was a rather late addition as indicated in the CQ and we may consider to move it to Orbit in the future. Currently we have no resources to entertain this. And as far as I know no other projects are using MongoDB as of now.
Oh, and our MongoDB plugin is not identical with the one distributed by mongodb.org. Their manifest used to be wrong (https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/JAVA-272 ) and there was an IP issue with a single file that I replaced with an own implementation.

Cheers
