[cross-project-issues-dev] Hudson Job timeouts and cleanup.

Hi Folks,

 As part of trying to improve our Hudson experience we've made a couple 
of changes to your jobs:

1) If your job(s) didn't already have a 'timeout' value set, one was 
computed(based on Hudsons estimate of how long your job would take) and 
added.
2) If your job(s) didn't already make use of the 'clean workspace' 
plugin, it has been added.
