Re: [cross-project-issues-dev] Offsets

We should probably be +2 since we depend on RSE for a couple of plugins. Although we always build against a previous build and hope APIs don't change. So if we do change that we'll really be +2.

Of course, I think we should all be 0 and build at the same time, but that's just an ideal.
