I just wish the members sort order was available as a project specific setting. Perhaps that will be the case in 3.7?

Checking in project specific settings is a good approach, but it would be even better if the settings could be applied 
to a group. What if one of the projects could act as a template? Other projects could just say "use all project specific 
settings from project x". That would remove the need to copy the .settings folder. The settings would still be checked 
in, and groups that have different settings would be possible.
