Re: [cross-project-issues-dev] Simultaneous Release Compliance

Thank you, Achim, for relating this information.

And, my apologies Igor. It was on me to reply/relate this information back to you ... and I kept forgetting/remembering at the wrong times.  Normally this would be "worked" by your PMC representative to the planning council ... but they couldn't make our last meeting, so falls back to me for this case. Just wanted to apologize for the poor communication.

Thanks,

Igor,

please have a look at http://wiki.eclipse.org/Planning_Council/January_05_2011 , section 6. Subversive (among others) got an exception to join late.

Hello,

Subversive got votes from Chris Aniszczyk and Wayne Beaton (Technology PMC). Is it enough to add Subversive to the Indigo?

Igor, it is certainly possible to be added after the M4 deadline, but there is an exception process to follow to ensure your project PMC and planning council rep are involved in the decision to include the project [1]. Your next step is to send this request to the technology PMC, I assume via their mailing list [2]. Information on the Indigo release can be found at http://wiki.eclipse.org/Indigo.

Hello,

Is it possible to let Subversive project be included in the Indigo Simultaneous Release plan? I know that M4 is already passed and I was late with setting "Simultaneous Release Flag". I searched for Indigo Plan as wiki page since August, but can find only reference to Helios where Subversive was included. I supposed that participation will be extended automatically, but when I checked this topic again I realized that M4 already passed. It was my fault, sorry, but I and my team will appreciate if Subversive will be included into the Indigo train.

Best regards,

Igor Vinnykov
