[cross-project-issues-dev] best practice for pulling in orbit bundles?

Hi,

sorry if this has been discussed before, but I couldn't find any
details on how exactly Orbit bundles are pulled into the Indigo
aggregation. So for M3 the Object Teams contribution held
a (bit-exact) copy of org.apache.bcel, e.g., and everything
seems to work fine with this, but I wonder whether the
aggregator will find orbit bundles implicitly? I couldn't find
any reference to the orbit repository in the aggregator files.
