It looks as though what ever reactor steps you have are trying to find the source files in the remote maven repo, but it can't seem to find them.

I've seen this happen before, and usually need to make sure all snapshot artifacts are deployed.  Other than that, I would ask on the Tycho User mailing list and see if the devs there have the answer.

Upgrade your Build to use Tycho-0.10.0.   Don't use the snapshot, tycho-0.10.0 is out now.

That might help, I'm using tycho-10 and maven 3 release and it works fine.
