The new Hudson instance wasn't in our high-priority QoS rules for bandwidth.  It's there now.  My download speed went from 50KB/s to 1.2MB/sec.

I had ssh access to build.eclipse.org how can I get it for hudson.eclipse.org ?

The new hudson instance seems to have a slowish network link, according to

host-tracker we see a bandwidth around 1 KB/s when connecting from Europe.
