I think midnight is ok, for just these two items? Are they used in any EPP packages?

The issue, in case anyone's forgotten, is that after you create your repos, and we get the final 'staging' repo, the EPP package builds can still take 8 hours or so, and "midnight + 8 hour build" is nearly noon in Europe and doesn't allow much time for testing or respining packages.

So ... off hand ... I'll assume all others are done by 7 PM eastern, will promote that to staging to start some package builds to run over night.

And then yes, we can re-promote staging (and not regenerate packages, if only EGit and JGit change).

EGit and JGit are going finishing up their release tonight. We would
appreciate to have the night (by midnight EST).

We will be ready by tomorrow for a promotion.
