I am glad this could help you.

But unfortunately, the MoDisco build still encounters an error later in the build:

Could not install bundle
plugins/org.eclipse.equinox.launcher_1.1.0.v20100507.jar
and:
  [cvs] cvs export: CVSROOT must be an absolute pathname (not `trunk')
So, I have given up and published yesterday's build as RC3 for MoDisco, hoping that none of the dependencies introduced breaking changes in their RC3 build (which is a reasonable assumption, hopefully).
