for now, i am not stuck for RC3, but looking at the build status of all 
builds, some of them are broken :

https://build.eclipse.org/hudson/builds ( take a look at the 'broken 
since this build' status )

as far i can see, bug #276662 is the one that breaks all the builds, but 
if you use the workaround provided, it fails later due to bug #315358 ...
