Thanks Ian.  That is great information. It would be great to include this in the build to catch issues.

An update for folks. Seems a number of the projects tweaking were using Buckminster. In a message to the Cross-project list Thomas Hallgren posted that Buckminster will be changed for RC3 to not tweak feature includes by default.  This should clear up the majority of the cases.

Thanks also Martin for the list points.  I was thinking that I should open a bug to facilitate communication.  Seems it would be good to post the AC list reasoning.
