[cross-project-issues-dev] status and outlook for RC2

Is there never any rest!?  :)  [no, not once we start the weekly RCs]

1. current contents of
http://download.eclipse.org/releases/staging
is RC1 plus those projects that didn't quit make RC1 and made some contribution on Thursday or Friday.
This should allow some "early testing" and help them get caught up for RC2.

2. The Platform has contributed their RC2 +0 to the .build files ,.. on schedule ... and this caused the
rap runtime  sdk contribution to fail (I'm assuming) due to some conflicting requirement.
Hopefully this can be fixed soon. But, its also important to understand why this happens.
Is there an overly narrow range somewhere? Some other unavoidable constraint. This seems
to happen every time. Is there some concept here where rap runtime sdk should also be +0?
