I have flipped the switch for /releases/helios
for M7 content (it had replicated to 10 mirrors as of this morning).

The EPP Packages will be made available
later today (once they have all been validated, and confirmed to have 
mirrored sufficiently). 

This repository has not been tested
very well (even less than usual) so please begin testing soon, so issues
can be
fixed in plenty of time for RC1. 

BTW, there were some submissions attempted
yesterday, on Thursday, that did not make the cut. The deadline was Wednesday,

Even though there was one re-build early
Thursday morning, anything after that was just too late. 

RC1 is scheduled for Friday, May 21
... only two weeks away! Please strive to make it a true "release
candidate". 

And, remember when we say it is scheduled
for May 21, that is the very end, when we announce availability. 
Your deadlines are much earlier. For
example, Orbit's is today! The Platform's is just one week away, 5/12,
and the "+3" components 
are Wednesday, 5/19. At the latest.
