Note that the "final staging" repository was just now created, with some late, last minute, after deadline, changes this morning.

Markus will now have to respin EPP Packages (not all were effected, but some were) so "availability" may not be until late on Friday, to allow time for mirroring, rather than Friday morning ... but still in time for EclipseCon!

There are some notable absences from M6 ... such as PHP? ... I'm not sure what the issues are there, but hope to learn more next week?

Will send other notes and announcements once the downloads and /releases/helios repository is ready.
