[cross-project-issues-dev] RC4 site is done/ready

both /releases/staging and /releases/galileo have been updated with RC4 
content. 
(as always, not fully mirrored yet, so test only, please, for a day or 
so). 

Besides the site itself, please be sure to check the Discovery Site 
Categories 
and their content for errors (a few changes made since last week, 
so just wanted to be sure to call it to your attention).
