[cross-project-issues-dev] Added Info Center to Final Daze

I've made a small addition to the Final Daze, and sort of arbitrarily 
picked the week of 6/15 to 6/19 (that is, spanning the period of "final 
code", but a few days before formal release). 

I think it is important that when we formally release the code, we have 
the web documentation to go with it. If nothing else, some users might 
want to read the help while they wait for the download to finish.  :) Or, 
more important, some of us like to include a URL to the help in our own 
project's release site, which wouldn't make much sense, if nothing was 
there yet. 

Denis, can you give is guidance and get us started on what we need to do? 
Attach jars to the bug? Give you a copy-script to snag a copy? Are the 
dates reasonable and doable for you? Or, have you planned vacation for the 
last two weeks of June? :)
