The main questions I will pose will be any open issues as per the summary 
at 

http://www.eclipse.org/projects/galileo_status.php

For any of these bugs that are not resolved, I will ask, 
one-by-tedious-one, what the status is, and we can take our time and 
complete the table right there in the meeting. 

Or, you could avoid the embarrassment of being called "late", and complete 
your status before the meeting. 

If you haven't done something, fine, mark it as "won't fix" and briefly 
explain. Of course, if you have done it, then mark as fixed. The 
collection of "won't fix" items (and reasons) will be important data as we 
begin planning for Helios.
