These are the packages maintained by the EPP project. They are shrink-wrapped and well-tested distributions of the IDE and there is no automatic inclusion. If you feel that your features should be included in one or several of them, you can bring that up to discussion with the package maintainers. Click on the "More..." button for the package in question and you'll see a "File a Bug on this Package" link to the left. That's a good place to start.
