Hi all,

We're delayed in producing an EMF M7 build due to this bug:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=274769

It seems to have appeared due to a recent change in the platform:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=261225

We have code in EMF JET (JETEmitter) that relies on IProject.build() not returning while the build is still in process. We're looking for some insight from the platform on whether this change in behaviour is a regression or a something that we need to accommodate (and if so, how).
