[cross-project-issues-dev] New storage for Build server (/shared)

I've mounted the new 1 Terabyte storage for the Build server's /shared 
directory (/opt/public).  Everything from the 'old' location has been 
synced up, so everything should be there as it was last Friday.

I have kept the old location as /opt/public.old just in case.  I will 
wait a few days before deleting it.

That concludes all the hardware maintenance and storage additions we had 
planned.  Enjoy the new space!
