Project configure commands (like the PDE Tools>Convert Projects to Plug-in
Projects...) are not common operations that take up context menu realestate.
One possibility is to move them into a "Configure" submenu"

This Configure submenu will be available in 3.5 M5.  It can be used in
both menuContributions and objectContributions (example at end).

A wizard based solution is being investigated in Bug 102527 but due to
resource constraints, not in the 3.5 timeframe.
