The only hint that I can think of is that 3.2 and 3.4.1 project
structures are different. Because there a lot of very different
types of project support by Eclipse and extensions, it is
difficult to make a determination without knowledge of the
project type.

My own expectation, based on experience, is that 3.2 and 3.4.1
project structures will not be compatible for most project types.
