This has been a fun conversation! My favorite is still Oisin's line on
rising waters :).

My point is this: It's fine to raise the bar. And, yes, that does imply
a cost to join the train. But if the cost is higher than the value we
see in it. You risk defections.

And to be honest, I'm starting to lose sight of the value. As Bjorn just
mentioned, a lot of projects are successful without being on the train.
If all I need is an update site to get at all the projects, we can
easily create that without having a train.
