Hello,

Apologies for not sending out clarification on this earlier, but as
discussed at our last Planning Council face-to-face meeting, the Planning
Council is the primary body for organizing the simultaneous release
(Galileo).  As it is comprised of members from each PMC, we're going to try
and stick to using the PC as much as possible to coordinate the Galileo
release.  This will get our PMC members working together better and keep the
"sprawl" under control as the release train participation grows.  The
cross-project list will still be used to communicate items of interest and
problems, of course.

PMCs, what this means is that your participation in Planning Council
meetings and calls is critical to our success, as is your communication with
your project teams.  If the leads cannot make a call or meeting, please find
a delegate to attend.
