[cross-project-issues-dev] Bugzilla no-mail maintenance today

Just a reminder that I'll be disabling Bugzilla mail today, from 1:00pm 
to 1:30pm ET so that teams can do some maintenance without all the mail 
bombs associated with Change Many Bugs At Once.

If you're concerned that someone will go ahead and mark all bugs as 
FIXED then head out for a 4 month vacation, you can use the Advanced 
Search to find bugs that have changed between 13:00 and 13:30 (using the 
boolean charts to eliminate the field you've actually mass-changed).
