Traditionally, maintenance branches don't do milestones, but we could do 
a couple RCs to make sure everyone's coordinating properly again.

What does everyone think about extending the Sept 15-24 GA week to Sept 
1-24 and Feb 16-25 to Feb 2-25 to allow an RC1/RC2/RC3, mirroring the 
pattern used for GA?

I'll post dates in the wiki to flesh this out, if anyone else +1s this idea.
