Hi Scott,

Just to be clear, Nick and I are simply building on the discussions we 
had at the Europa Build workshop, and we want to focus on prototypes of 
solutions that *may* solve the problem.  No definite implementation here.

I can set up a call bridge for the first hour or so, so that we can 
gather ideas and talk about what we're doing.  Does that work?
