I thought the problem was fixed, but in fact it is a problem on your update site: your sc file refers to files that your update site does not contain.  In order to get a good green RC4 build, I had to comment out DSDP-TM from the build.  I have re-added DSDP-TM and am re-running the build: I expect that it will break because your update site files are still missing.
