There was a problem with our replication
to eclipse.org.  This has been fixed. The replication should be finished
in about 15-20 minutes. My apologies for the build breakage.

Denis unfroze the servers and re-synced all the files but the build is
still failing on Platform's latest files.  Please fix this or revert
so that we can get a green build and roll the RC4 bits out.
