All,
After planning council call, I realized
that the official governance policy was already established in the UDC terms of use. Mike, also
did two blog
post
to elaborate on our plans for UDC. I hope this is sufficient to close my
action item.
Please let me know if you have any
additional questions.
Ian

release review minutes
Everyone,
Thanks for attending the Ganymede release review. Here are the minutes and some
action items:
·
All the reviewed projects passed
the phone review thus, pending IP approval, will be approved for release
·
These projects are fully IP
approved:
o
BIRT, DSDP *, DTP, GEF, M2M QVTO,
MDT *, M2T JET, DLTK, EPP, Buckminster, Mylyn, WTP
·
The following projects have
submitted all their materials are being IP reviewed by Janet's team. No current
action item is required unless Janet's team asks questions:
o
EMF *, EMFT *, M2M ATL, Orbit,
ECF, Eclipse *, CDT, TPTP
·
The following projects still need
to provide Janet with some IP files in order to start the review process. These
projects are at the most risk of not being included in the release because
Janet's team must do the complete review and approve the IP before the release
date and time is short:
o
STP, RAP, Subversive
·
These projects are graduating from
incubation as part of the release:
o
EPP, Teneo, Net4J, CDO, QVTO
·
Ian has been given an action item
to publish a written governance policy for the UDC data and make that policy
easily accessible from the EPP website and the tool.
Thanks to you all for
participating,
Bjorn
