Folks,

Just as planned [1] I have frozen the download.eclipse.org servers. 
Upload away.

On a side note, our tape backup footprint has ballooned from 2.2TB to 
3.1TB in a matter of weeks.  Please make sure you delete older builds 
that are no longer needed, as backup overages are costly  :)

Also, our extra Gigabit connection has been provisioned.  Matt will be 
preparing and testing it this week.  How can such a small cable make me 
so happy?
