Fw: [cross-project-issues-dev] Orbit build promotion

After getting past some build tagging issues, we have produced a clean Orbit build.
Build S20080605234217 has been promoted and is currently being replicated to the main download site.
It should appear there within the hour, ready for consumption.

The bundles in Orbit have been updated a lot this week with about.html legal changes (thanks to the kind reviewers at the Eclipse Foundation!) and we would like to promote a new Orbit build to the download page so downstream components can consume it asap.
We propose that the latest stable Orbit build be promoted at 5pm Eastern today.
