RE: [cross-project-issues-dev] About file update information

Either way, in talking with the IP team we determined that the best path was for us (Orbit and the related PMCs) to try our best to reach a resolution.  If there are things we cannot figure out, we should go to the legal team.

Actually, that page says "license (at) eclipse.org".
