Thanks for letting us know, Scott. 

I'd like to suggest that anyone who has exceptions
to the rules (such as this one) to open a bug explaining the issue and
their plans, and add that bug number, with link, to a (new) column in the
Ganymede signoff table. 

Otherwise I'll forget who's said what after a few
days and it's hard to find all the right notes in these mailing lists.
