[cross-project-issues-dev] Are these eight projects withdrawing from Gan

I would assume so, since they have not
marked the signoff for M7, nor have they communicated that they are having
trouble and need a little extra time. 
So, unless I hear otherwise, we'll go
ahead and declare M7 on Monday as planned, then remove these projects from
the scripts.
