I saw the nag. I think it's caused by Buckminster explicitly bringing in
the apache.logging bundle instead of using the one that is bundled with
the platform nowadays. It used to be compatible but something changed in
M7. We'll fix this promptly.

should not be cached so much, especially on build.eclipse.org, where

So, I'm thinking that version of the common_logger could have been
there in the cache and now is no longer there? ... but, not sure.
Hopefully Thomas will see the nag note soon and diagnose it.
