[cross-project-issues-dev] Incubating features in Ganymede

Looking at the latest content in the
Ganymede staging repository [1], I see quite a lot of features with the
"(Incubation)" tag on the name (about 80 features). Although
I'm not sure where this is specified in the development guidelines, I don't
think incubating content can participate in releases, including the Ganymede
simultaneous release.  I don't know if these are features that graduated
but forgot to update their names, or if they intend to graduate before
the Ganymede release, but I thought it worth mentioning. See the attached
screen shots for a partial list (I just used the filter text in the Available
Software tab).
