One more clarification: the only thing I'm willing to do is "a complete rebuild" because the risk of introducing an error by hand patching a distribution is too high.  However, "a complete rebuild" is merely a gathering of the jars from all the projects, so the amount of change is limited by the change the projects themselves have introduced.  As per my immediately preceding email, those changes are limited.

how can this be a reason for a complete Europa update 
without the usual discussion on different mailing lists?
