Oisin,
You caught me right in the middle of removing DLTK from Ganymede for failing the build too many times. On the other hand, I don't blame them too much because the "blame" system was not emailing them about the failures. (It should now)

So, to summarize:

• DLTK has been removed until they fix their build
• blame system has been fixed (again) to try to send errors correctly
• Ganymede build is green again
