Just fyi, we have investigated and other than the problem at midnight on the 13th all looks correct with Mylyn features (see Steffen's message below):

Thanks for looking into that Markus. We changed the Mylyn ganymede update site not realizing that a build was running. Subsequently the Mar 13, 2008 00:13:29 GMT build failed since it was looking for an old Mylyn version. Looking at the logs it seems that thereafter the build kept failing due to unrelated I/O errors leaving the staging site in an inconsistent state.

The build status for the staging site is now green again:

 http://build.eclipse.org/ganymede/

Hopefully the next ganymede epp build will go through.
