it actually looks like the schudle has been just fine.
I should have written "It's a pity that I did not start trying to get Ganymede as a whole earlier".

Hmm - it looks to me that we're right on schedule vis a vis what we had decided for all the +1s, +2s, etc. The schedule says: "M5 +3 20 Feb" (yesterday) and we had a green build yesterday so are you suggesting that the schedule should have been more aggressive?
