[cross-project-issues-dev] Creating Eclipse Packages

The Eclipse Packaging Project (EPP) is allowing Eclipse committers and project leaders to define their own packages.   Details about the process to create these packages can be found at http://wiki.eclipse.org/EPP/How_to_create_a_package.   

 

We are hoping to start building these packages in the Ganymede M5 timeframe.  Therefore if you would like to participate in time for Ganymede, we ask that you declare your intention to be a package maintainer by Feb. 11.  To declare your intentions please open a bug against EPP and the ‘package content’ component.
