I'm not saying "should not be for users" but rather "is not aimed at users". But, yes, adopters are very relevant to EclipseCon - it's just that adopters are not going to grab M5 from the memory stick. Typically they have a build machine somewhere that grabs the milestones from the eclipse download sites and builds from there. Some of them even rebuild from the tagged source code trees... So, yes, adopters are very important, but just not a memory stick audience.
