[cross-project-issues-dev] Unable to commit new site contribution

Hi,
I'm trying to update the site contribution for Buckminster. Whenever I 
attempt to commit, I get the following error:

The server reported an error while performing the "cvs commit" command.
 org.eclipse.ganymede.sitecontributions: cvs [commit aborted]: could 
not open lock file 
`/cvsroot/callisto/org.eclipse.ganymede.sitecontributions/,buckminster.sc,': 
Read-only file system

What's wrong?
