Hi Igor,
Buckminster is built using Buckminster and some Ant extensions 
(included). Besides just materializing the workspace from SVN, 
Buckminster also has some SVN-related utilities for version qualifier 
generation based on revision numbers. We are of course willing to help 
you get going. If you have tools extensions that we can incorporate, so 
much better.
