[cross-project-issues-dev] Europa Fall Maintenance Maintenance

Hi Denis,

with the availability of the Eclipse Platform 3.3.1.1, it's time to update the
EPP packages with the new content.

Could you please update the links on the main eclipse.org download page with
the URLs to the new packages as they can be found on the EPP download page
http://www.eclipse.org/epp/download.php? Thanks!

@ALL: How do we proceed with the Europa Update Site content? From my point of
view there is too much confusion, no clear decision, no schedule, and no
green build at all. And what's even more important: No one seems to care
about it. I don't want to ask for another 'process', but maybe there is
already one.
