Again I'd add Drupal to that mix: http://drupal.org. I'm using it on
SourceForge for Wascana (http://wascana.sourceforge.net).

I haven't used the other ones but Drupal sits nicely on top of MySQL so we
should be able to leverage our existing infrastructure for it. Might
introduce scalability problems on the servers, though. (Hey I just brought
us back on topic :)
