I hope we had enough testing of the Update Manager Problem in the JEE 
package - I cannot see the problem in the new packages any more, and several 
persons confirmed that the error does not occur any more.

There was another bug (194959, 194943) that occurred on some machines; while 
the problem is somewhere hidden in the launcher code and seems to be a 
concurrency conflict if the osgi.bundlefile.limit is used with the java.nio 
locking, we decided to remove the osgi.bundlefile.limit from the Windows 
packages.

Therefore I ask you to change the download URL on the download page to 
something like /technology/epp/downloads/release/20070702/... for all 
packages, and to enable the JEE package again.
